Terms and Conditions - Online Flow Class

N.B. in the following Terms and Conditions, the event organiser and teacher Yuri Ferretti will be referred to as "teacher".

Registration

Registration is only possible until the Wednesday preceding the flow class at 16:00 CEST/CET (Berlin time). We will not be able to grant you access to the flow if you register after that time.

Payment

The purchase of a place at this event applies to you personally. You may not sell, transfer, assign or lend it to another person without prior permission from the organiser.

Refund and cancellation

All flow class fees are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation by the teacher, alternative dates will be organised to make up for the cancelled event.
In case of force majeure, e.g., pandemic, war, natural disasters, government measures due to such events or other unforeseeable impediments for which the teacher is not responsible, the event will be rescheduled after the duration of the impediment plus a reasonable start-up period.
No refunds will be given if a participant is unable to attend the event or part of the event due to any reason that is not caused by the organiser or teacher.
The registration fees will not be refunded in case you're not able to connect via Zoom due to problems with the internet connection on your side.
If the organiser will have problems with the internet connection and won't be able to hold the flow, a new date will be scheduled.

Photography and Video

The teacher reserves the right to take photos, videos, and full recordings of our classes, workshops and events for press and other promotional uses – please advise at the time should you wish to opt out.
You are not allowed to take pictures or film parts or the full event unless otherwise agreed with the organiser and the teacher.
There will be no recordings available of the flows.

Health commitment statement

Your health, safety, and wellbeing are your own responsibility.
By purchasing a place you confirm that you have no known condition or are undergoing any treatment that would prevent you from being capable of physical exercise in all material aspects.
If you are concerned or know that you may have a medical condition that may affect your dancing, you should seek medical advice prior to attending classes or workshops.
If you feel ill or injure yourself during the event you should stop exercising, should let the teacher know immediately and seek appropriate help.
There are risks when exercising. You should not undertake any exercises that you have been told are not suitable for you.
You agree that by taking part in this event you are participating voluntarily and do so at your own risk. You agree to release and discharge the teachers (Yuri Ferretti and Melody Orullian Bustillos) from any and all claims or causes of action.
Remember that, for online classes/workshops, your instructor is unable to physically see you to make any corrections to your movements so it is your responsibility to ensure that you exercise to your own abilities and limits. You should always exercise in a safe manner.

Conditions for attending the event

The participant hereby states that they are healthy and fit for physical activities.
The participant is responsible for their own physical health and absolves the organiser (Yuri Ferretti) and teacher (Melody Orullian Bustillos) from any responsibility.
You agree not to share usernames, passwords or other access credentials that would allow access to the event to unregistered persons.

Please note mobile phones and some tablets have limited Zoom functionality.

Privacy policy

All personal information needed for registration is only processed by the organiser for the aims of the event. They will neither be shared nor published.
