Terms and Conditions for video purchases

Refund and cancellation

  • No refunds can be claimed after purchasing the material.

Sharing the purchased content

  • These workshops are the teacher's own intellectual property. You're not allowed to download, screen record, show, or re-sell the videos to any other person who hasn't personally purchased access. Will the teacher learn about a misuse of the videos, so will the participant be denied access to the recordings. In that case, no refund can be claimed.

Duration of viewing privileges

  • The teacher guarantees the participant's access to the videos for at least five months after completed purchase. After this period, the teacher has the right to remove the videos and not make the workshop series available as pre-recorded classes if he deems necessary.

Health commitment statement

  • Your health, safety, and wellbeing are your own responsibility.

  • By purchasing access to the videos, you confirm that you have no known condition or are undergoing any treatment that would prevent you from being capable of physical exercise in all material aspects.

  • If you are concerned or know that you may have a medical condition that may affect your dancing, you should seek medical advice prior to attending classes or workshops.

  • If you feel ill or injure yourself while practising with the videos, you should stop exercising and seek appropriate help.

  • There are risks when exercising. You should not undertake any exercises that are not suitable for you.

  • You agree that by purchasing these pre-recorded videos you are practising dance voluntarily and do so at your own risk. You agree to release and discharge the teacher (Yuri Ferretti) from any and all claims or causes of action.

  • Remember that, for online and pre-recorded classes/workshops, your instructor is unable to physically see you to make any corrections to your movements so it is your responsibility to ensure that you exercise to your own abilities and limits. You should always exercise in a safe manner.

Conditions for purchase

  • The participant hereby states that they are healthy and fit for physical activities.

  • The participant is responsible for their own physical health and absolves the teacher (Yuri Ferretti) from any responsibility.

  • The participants agrees that purchasing the pre-recorded videos is for private use only and agrees to not show, record, or re-sell the videos to or share their access credentials with third parties who haven't purchased the videos.

Privacy policy

  • All personal information needed for registration is only processed by the teacher for the aims of the purchase. They will neither be shared nor published.
