Thank you for your interest in participating in "Sacred Sword - The Official Online Flow". This flow will take place via Zoom on a monthly basis and it will be led by me and Melody Orullian Bustillos, the creator of the Sacred Sword format based on the FatChanceBellyDance®Style vocabulary.
Each flow will last 1 hour and will be divided into four blocks, each structured as follows:
- 10 minute flow
- 5 minute break
N.B. remember to warm up on your own before the flow class begins!
Taking inspiration from Carolena Nericcio's flow classes, this flow will work the same way: no chatting during the breaks. Just take some time off, have some water, and try to stay in the flow. You're more than welcome to stay a bit longer after the flow is over to chat with the other dancers, but we'd prefer to have a silent and almost meditative environment during the class itself.
The flow will always take place from 17:30 to 18:30 CEST/CET (Berlin time).
Since I’ve manage to automate the registration process, you will be able to register at any time: you’ll automatically receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link for the coming flow as soon as you purchase your spot!
